Regional Sales Manager
As part of the mUrgent sales team, your main objective will be managing sales teams and building revenue around small
and mid-size business adoption of EMPACT, our customer e-communications software suite.
You will be encouraged to use previous relationships as well create new opportunities. We are looking for motivated professionals
with previous experience in management or some experience selling software or technologies within selected vertical industries.
Will train.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and building the DMA revenue and exceeding revenue goals in a given sales region
- Ensuring strategic interaction and involvement with all clients; acting as lead salesperson for named accounts
- Acting as a mentor to clients and members of the sales team through daily coaching, guiding towards getting to the
next level and providing accurate and timely feedback
- Conducting weekly territory meetings to set goals, reviewing territory plans and creating action items towards working
the plans. Reviewing regional sales forecasts for accuracy and proactively communicating potential issues or gaps to
sales management
- Ensuring open lines of communication within the region. Communicating and participate as a member of the national
sales management team
- Partnering with HR on recruiting for open positions within the region and to build a pool of qualified talent
- Training DMA sales managers including assessing knowledge gaps and role-playing sales situations
- Working with HR to manage employee relations and performance issues
Skills/Requirements
- Basic familiarity with e-marketing, including email, the Web and Internet tools
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Solid computer skills
- Ability to be creative and excel in an entrepreneurial environment
Education
- Two years of college or higher

Account Executive
As an Account Executive of the mUrgent sales team, your main objective will be to maximize sales and build revenue around
small and mid-size business adoption of EMPACT, our customer e-communications software suite. If you would like to contact

You will be encouraged to use previous relationships as well create new opportunities. We are looking for motivated professionals
who are self starters. Previous management or sales experience is a plus. Will train.
Responsibilities include:
- Helping to maximize sales for designated market areas (DMA)
- Establishing and maintaining client/agency relationships, developing marketing tactics and negotiating terms of sale
- Accountability for setting a consistent pace and achieving self-set goals
- May direct one or more associate account executives who will manage accounts day to day
- Strong presentation skills and ability to develop dynamic marketing campaigns
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Web
- Some understanding of online marketing
